<li>EBITDA grew at 7% YoY to THB 7.2B on higher revenues and better cost management while net profit also rose 7% to THB 4.3B on lower interest cost. Margins expand.</li>
<li>Corona surge in Thailand pose short term deterrents. Stable financial performance with strong inpatient revenue growth, healthy occupancy and largely stable EBITDA margin will be key in the long-term run.</li>

<li>CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited announced that CPO301, their first-in-class epidermal growth factor receptor (‘‘EGFR’’) antibody drug conjugate (ADC), has been granted the third Fast Track designation by the U.S. FDA.</li>
<li>Samsung Biologics Co. announced that it plans to spin off its biosimilar development business into separate new entity, Samsung Epis Holdings. Samsung Biologics will become a pure-play CDMO.</li>
