<li>We highlight weekly changes in A-H premium for InnoCare, Shanghai Pharma, First Tractor, Air China.</li>

We analyse the changes of A-H premium on 150 stocks over the last week. The average A-H premium was 103.7% as of Nov 22nd.
The average A-H premium changed by -1.0ppt week-on-week, led by communication services, industrials, financials and offset by consumer staples, health care, utilities.

<li>There’re rumor that Akeso’s AK112 and AK104 2024 revenue is RMB300 million and RMB1.5-1.6 billion respectively. Sales of AK104 may be below expectations, so Akeso decided to enter NRDL reimbursement.</li>
<li>Regardless of whether there is a takeover offer, reasonable valuation of Legend Bio is between US$12.5bn-US$15bn based on solid fundamentals. This deal is “a test” for the management of Genscript.</li>
<li>Current stock price of InnoCare just reflects its essence. If no new catalysts (e.g. breakthroughs in clinical data, new licensing agreement, etc.), we are not optimistic about the prospects of InnoCare.</li>

The likely scenario is that the offer succeeds as the co-founders enter rollover arrangements, and a share alternative is introduced, which is taken by QIA and LVC.

<li>There is a logic to biotech's performance from 2023 to present.The clearer the path of sustainable development, the better the stock price performance. They can be divided into three types.</li>
<li>YSB faces big risks and the outlook is not optimistic.
