This is a rubbish Offer for Asia Cement China (743 HK). Given how shareholders voted at last year's AGM, expect this Scheme to be voted down. Avoid.

<li>Remain bullish <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/kawasaki-kisen-kaisha-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:3548:1" rel="noopener">Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha (9107 JP)</a> vs TOPIX, especially near-term. But this is a much less exciting and squeeze-able opportunity than before,</li>

On an implied stub and simple ratio, Takara Holdings (2531 JP) is trading rich to 60.9%-held Takara Bio Inc (4974 JP). 
Remain bullish Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha (9107 JP) vs TOPIX, especially near-term. But this is a much less exciting and squeeze-able opportunity than before,

<li>The US$33/share Offer price was arguably light. But with the amalgamation requiring 75% approval and Matheson providing an irrevocable to vote its 84.89% stake for the transaction, it was done.</li>
<li>On the 20 April 2022, the Bermuda Court dismissed Jardine's application to strike out dissenting shareholders who acquired shares after the Offer was announced. Last month, Jardine lost its appeal. </li>
