Jababeka’s Q2/20 performance was much better than expected, with a surge in revenue for Land Development & Property. The results marked a turnaround after four consecutive weak quarters, but it is unclear whether this will be sustainable. We note that marketing sales remained very weak. Free cash flows were positive in H1 and the financial risk profile improved on higher earnings. Liquidity is sound, with a large cash balance and minimal short-term debt.
