<li>For <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/keppel-corp-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:12:1" rel="noopener">Keppel Corp (KEP SP)</a> shareholders, the revised terms will lower the overall value but in a shorter deal completion, higher EPS accretion and higher in-specie distribution of SMM shares.</li>
