<p><strong>We expect MC to report FY1Q22E (end Sep 21) net profit of Bt40m (-63%YoY, +128%QoQ) due to the efficient expense management.</strong></p><p>• We expect gross profit margin to be 60.5%, compared to 60.7% in FY1Q21 and 54.5% in FY4Q21 due to growth in online channel and rising non-denim portion. Also, we expect SG&amp;A expenses to be decrease due to store closures and efficient cost saving.</p><div>• Meanwhile, we expect FY1Q22 revenue to be Bt517m (-34%YoY, -3%QoQ) which is lowest level in history from new wave of COVID-19 and the closure of 522 stores in Jul-Aug 21, resulting in SSSG of offline channel decrease by 40% .</div><div></div><div>• We maintain our positive view on its FY22 performance and beyond, supported by continuing plan to open 22 new store and launch new products both denim and non-denim, together with continuing growth in online business.</div><div>
