As of June 30, 2015, the company operated 10 department stores, 11 hypermarkets, and 24 supermarkets. It also operated 20 Metro Pharmacies, 9 delicatessen outlets, 3 Hot Food and 24 Food Avenue food courts, and 22 bakeries. The company was founded in 1982 and is based in Mandaue, the Philippines.
