Auctus Advisors is a specialist Equity Capital Markets and Advisory business with a focus in the Energy Sector. The partners have complementary skill sets, with decades of experience across Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking and the Energy industry. We have worked at Société Générale, Canaccord Capital, BMO Capital Markets and Schlumberger. Most recently we have worked together for many years at GMP FirstEnergy. Auctus has been set up at the beginning of a new decade in which we see significant opportunities in the Energy space. Globally, demand for energy is at record levels and continues to grow. Conversely, investment in traditional energy sources has been severely constrained. We believe this imbalance creates opportunities for both companies and investors. Auctus provides Corporate Broking, Equity Research and Investment Banking services.

<li>Etana is one of the few companies holding an electricity trading licence in South Africa that can buy and sell electricity through the grid.</li>
<li>Etana is therefore a required counterparty to power producers.</li>

<li>Condor Energies (CDR CN) C ; Target price of C$5.80 per share: Another positive operating update – The workovers of two new existing wells have added 441 boe/d after a combined 20 m of previously unperforated reservoir pay was accessed.</li>
<li>The first well is producing 410 boe/d. It was previously shut-in. The second well is producing an extra 31 boe/d (+65%) and continues to clean-up.</li>
<li>With a total cost of &lt;US$0.2 mm, the pay back of theses workovers is ~2 months. This is a very good result that showcases the opportunity in Uzbekistan. </li>
