<li>The <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/nifty-index" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:23617:1" rel="noopener">NIFTY Index</a> has been rallying for months, but in the last few weeks there has been a considerable slow down in its rising pace.</li>
<li>Currently the index is at a point where it could pull back this coming week, based on our MRM patterns reading. </li>
<li>A possible alternative scenario would be a continuation of the rally for a total of 4-5 weeks up in a row.</li>
</ul>

<li>The index is going towards the Q3 resistance level at 22354, that would be a good area from where to start to prepare for a pullback.</li>
<li>Going SHORT may not be worth it, the right trade is to wait for the pullback and go LONG again at better prices.</li>
</ul>


The NIFTY Index has been rising for 5 days in a row, this is the second week up (CC=+2), there is a good chance it will pullback soon.
The index is going towards the Q3 resistance level at 22354, that would be a good area from where to start to prepare for a pullback.
Going SHORT may not be worth it, the right trade is to wait for the pullback and go LONG again at better prices.

<li>Another week down is possible but we see strong support in the 21250-20800 price area.</li>
<li>Should that support area be reached, it would be a good opportunity to re-enter this index's Bull market.</li>
</ul>
