OUE Hospitality Trust is a stapled group comprising H-REIT and HBT. H-REIT is a real estate investment trust that directly or indirectly invests in a portfolio of income-producing real estate which is used primarily for hospitality and/or hospitality-related purposes while HBT is a business trust.
