Auctus Advisors is a specialist Equity Capital Markets and Advisory business with a focus in the Energy Sector. The partners have complementary skill sets, with decades of experience across Equity Capital Markets, Investment Banking and the Energy industry. We have worked at Société Générale, Canaccord Capital, BMO Capital Markets and Schlumberger. Most recently we have worked together for many years at GMP FirstEnergy. Auctus has been set up at the beginning of a new decade in which we see significant opportunities in the Energy space. Globally, demand for energy is at record levels and continues to grow. Conversely, investment in traditional energy sources has been severely constrained. We believe this imbalance creates opportunities for both companies and investors. Auctus provides Corporate Broking, Equity Research and Investment Banking services.

<li>Etana is one of the few companies holding an electricity trading licence in South Africa that can buy and sell electricity through the grid.</li>
<li>Etana is therefore a required counterparty to power producers.</li>

<li>The company will recalibrate the subsurface model to assess whether the presence of oil supports further exploration and appraisal activities in the area.</li>
</ul>

<li>Gas was initially observed at surface. While the achieved flow rate highlights the high permeability of the natural fractures, the absence of hydrocarbons is disappointing and surprising given the results of the logs, the inflow of gas while drilling, the analysis of the retrieved cores (with indication of hydrocarbons) and the fact that oil samples were recovered from this interval.</li>
<li>The well is now being flowed while ADX is running a downhole production logging tool to analyse the contribution of the various sections of the well to flow. </li>
</ul>
