PBT Land and Minerals (PBTLM US)

PBT Land and Minerals, Inc. is a newly-formed Texas corporation undertaking a business combination to acquire a majority of the assets and liabilities of Permian Basin Royalty Trust, as well as oil and natural gas mineral interests, land operations, and other assets from Blackbeard Holdings and Greybeard Energy. The company will operate as a holding company, owning units in its subsidiary OpCo, which will conduct the business of owning and operating mineral interests and land operations.
