<li>Cadence Minerals 2.25p £6.06m (KDNC.L) The early-stage mineral resource Company announces that, together with its partners in the Amapá Iron Ore Project, it has signed a Heads of Terms with an international shipping and trading group for a US$4.6m Prepay to finance the restart for the Azteca Plant in Amapá, Brazil.</li>
<li>Cadence will contribute approximately 10-15% of the Prepay, earning the same economic returns on a pro-rata basis.</li>
<li>The Azteca plant is forecasted to be net cashflow positive from the first shipment providing a strong financial foundation for the development of the larger 5.5 Mtpa Direct Reduction-grade project.</li>

Van Elle Holdings PLC - Friday Take Away: 15 December 2025

<li>80 Mile 0.28p £11m (80M.L) The exploration and development Company with mineral and energy projects in Greenland and a biofuels plant in Italy today provided an update on a civil damages and ownership dispute involving Greenswitch Srl, a subsidiary of Hydrogen Valley Ltd (HV), and Digitile Com Srls. As first announced on 19 December 2024, 80 Mile has the option to acquire up to a 100% interest in Hydrogen Valley.</li>
<li>On 16 January 2025, the Company acquired a 24% interest in Hydrogen Valley. The Company has the resolution of this litigation as a condition precedent before it would move to a larger percentage ownership as per its previously announced options in HV.</li>
<li>The Company expects to shortly announce an extension to the options it has in place for HV. </li>
