<li>Some alpha generating performances continue in terms of adding stocks to be included in the KOSPI 200 and reducing stocks that could be excluded.</li>
<li>Korea Value Up Index has been heavily promoted by the Korean Exchange this year. Korea Exchange plans to make special changes to the Korea Value-Up Index constituents on 20 December. </li>

A Review of Major Equity Indices in Korea in 2024

<li>Hyundai Motors Securities announced a rights offering worth nearly 200 billion won involving a 49% shares dilution. </li>
<li>The amount of shares dilution is excessive which is likely to result in a share price weakness in Hyundai Motor Securities in the coming weeks. </li>
<li>The expected rights offering price for now is 6,640 won per share which is 24.5% discount to the closing price on 26 November.</li>

Hyundai Motors Securities announced a rights offering worth nearly 200 billion won involving a 49% shares dilution. 
The amount of shares dilution is excessive which is likely to result in a share price weakness in Hyundai Motor Securities in the coming weeks.
