<li>The average A-H premium changed by -2.8ppt weeok on week, led by consumer staples, consumer discretionary, energy and offset by financials.</li>
<li>We highlight weekly changes in A-H premium for Remegen, Pharmaron, Flat Glass, Shanghai Fudan, GWM, China Life.</li>

We analyse the changes of A-H premium on 142 stocks over the last week. The average A-H premium was 127.4% as of Oct 21st.
The average A-H premium changed by -2.8ppt weeok on week, led by consumer staples, consumer discretionary, energy and offset by financials.

Its Azvudine received NMPA approval for the treatment of COVID-19 in July 2022 to become the first China-made oral COVID-19 drug.</li>
<li>Azvudine was conditionally approved by the NMPA for the treatment of HIV infection in July 2021. However, the drug is yet to be commercialized.</li>
<li>Genuine Biotech plans to use the IPO proceeds for the commercialization of Azvudine. The company’s current cash balance can maintain its financial viability for approximately 20 months.</li>

<li>We think it is important to clarify for investors what constitutes "commercialization success" – That is to generate revenue at scale and stable profitability through the sale of drugs.</li>
<li>All the products that covered by VBP begin to lose logic. Don't be fooled by those positive interpretations. We are bearish on the sectors with downward logic in long cycle. </li>
</ul>
