<p><strong>Yesterday analyst meeting came out with a positive tone, both from hemp business that has potential in the future and new business specifically focused on domestic customers.</strong></p><div>• Revised down 2021-23E earnings to factor in lack of main customer.</div><div>• Jump to join the hemp market.</div><div></div><div>• New business focus on domestic customers.</div><div></div><div>• The company has sufficient cash on hand for debt repayment and operating activities within a year without any major event.</div><div></div><div>• We expect 1Q21 earnings to remain at loss due to revenue continues to be pressured by border closure and insufficient domestic demand.</div><p></p><p><strong>We maintain HOLD rating with a new target price of Bt9.20 (+39% from previous target price) based on 40.3xPE’22E, which is its three-year trading average due to limited upside and its weak earnings momentum in the next twelve-months.</strong></p>

<p><strong>SPA announced the close down its Bangkok branches temporarily from January 2, 2021 following the government measures to contain the new wave of pandemic.</strong></p>
<div>• Under our worst-case scenario, the closure of Bangkok and all branches will last for three months and could have impact to our earnings forecast and target price by 14% and 15%(from Bt6.60 to Bt5.65 and Bt5.60), respectively.</div>
<div>• We expect earnings to recover in 1Q22 and return to growth in 2022 on an assumption that a COVID-19 vaccine will be widely available and international travel bans will be fully lifted by then.</div>
