At the mid-point of the IPO price range, Zhongliang will raise net IPO proceeds of HK$2.9 billion ($374 million), resulting in a market cap of HK$21.0 billion ($2.7 billion).<div class="content-highlight">In <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/insights/zhongliang-holdings-ipo-initiation-a-below-par-start-to-the-year" target="_blank" rel="noopener">our IPO initiation note</a>, we stated that Zhongliang’s fundamentals over the track record period are solid but are tempered with a below-par start to the year.
