<li>Christie Group 92.5p £23.6m (CTG.L) The provider of Professional &amp; Financial Services (PFS) and Stock &amp; Inventory Systems &amp; Services (SISS) to the hospitality, leisure, healthcare, medical, childcare &amp; education, and retail sectors announced its audited preliminary results for the 12 months ended 31 December 2024.</li>
<li>Revenue on a continuing basis is up by 15.4% to £60.4m (2023: £52.3m) and operating profit before non-recurring costs improved to £2.0m (2023: £0.3m).</li>
<li>The Group ended 2024 with an improved net funds position of £4.9m (2023: £0.6m). </li>

<li>The independent music Company housing talent management, live booking, merchandising, talent services, and events, announced the acquisition of a majority interest (75%) in Easy Life Entertainment Limited, a music management and record label company.</li>
<li>The acquisition provides additional scale and manager talent in core Artist Representation segment and will help drive music rights ownership bringing over 300 masters, giving the Group a broader foundation from which to build further IP.</li>
<li>The Net Acquisition consideration is £0.75m in cash, after netting off a post-completion dividend due to ATC of approximately £0.28m. </li>
