Lucror Analytics is a leading credit and ESG research specialist and a provider of technology solutions for differentiated fixed income strategies. Our roots are in bottom-up fundamental credit analysis with a specialization in high yield corporate credits from Europe, Asia and Latin America. We are one of few research specialists integrating ESG considerations with fundamental credit research through a dedicated ESG platform. Credit

Sritex's FY 2018 results are acceptable, with the top-line growth offset by lower profitability. The revenue development was again driven by the consolidation of two acquisitions (partly funded by debt). Gross margins were under pressure for Spinning and Weaving, but unchanged for Finishing and Garment. Working capital improved slightly. Headline profit included a gain from goodwill. The financial risk profile strengthened despite the higher debt, with slightly better credit metrics. Liquidity is sound, and the debt maturity profile is robust. In FY 2019, we expect revenue growth to slow to 10%, due to the absence of support from the acquisitions. We also believe the group's margin will weaken slightly, owing to the lower margins of the two acquired yarn producers.
