State Bank Of Travancore has informed the Exchange that the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of State Bank of Travancore has approved and fixed March 17, 2017 as the Record Date for issue of shares of State Bank of India to eligible shareholders of State Bank of Travancore.

State Bank Of Travancore has informed the Exchange regarding Interest Rates Updates Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 we inform that the Bank has revised the Marginal Cost of Funds based Lending Rate (MCLR) to be effective from 01st March, 2017. The Asset Liability Management Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on 27th February, 2017 approved the latest MCLR rates to be applicable from 01st March, 2017.
