<li>Price and RSI pattern breakouts show fresh buy support in the gap zone. Buy volumes are constructive as is backswing support.</li>
<li>Near term dip risk stems from a stall in the US tech sector (RSI stall zone). Intermediate cycle is compelling.</li>
