Telecom Plus trades as Utility Warehouse (UW). It sells energy, broadband, mobile and selected insurance products to consumers who value their time and money and appreciate the simplicity and service. Aware of their own inertia, such consumers are wary of special offers that may ultimately cost them more. UW targets these low-churn customers through a small army of self-employed partners, keeping costs and overheads low. Energy is the most important product, being the biggest cost for most households and the most easily switched. For several years the market was disrupted by a proliferation of undercapitalised operators with unsustainable business models. After the invasion of Ukraine and the leap in energy prices, these operators folded, restoring price rationality. Customer growth has returned to its previous trend rate of double digits.

The normalisation of energy prices in the year was offset by growing non-energy prices, while the growth in the customer base to over one million clients helped to boost profits. Management expects to deliver 10–15% growth in net customers in the medium term and is confident in the outlook.

<li>Many indexes (ACWI-US,ACWX-US,etc.) are near support, and we could see a bear market bounce, but until these indexes reverse their downtrends and break above resistance levels, we cannot be bullish.</li>
<li>On a positive note, we are starting to see signs that inflation is peaking, as commodity prices have pulled back substantially, and the Energy/Materials Sectors are under significant pressure.</li>
<li>If inflation and commodity prices have indeed peaked, global equities are likely in the early stages of a bottoming process.</li>

Many indexes (ACWI-US,ACWX-US,etc.) are near support, and we could see a bear market bounce, but until these indexes reverse their downtrends and break above resistance levels, we cannot be bullish.

Emerging markets (EEM-US) are breaking above major $46.30 resistance to hit highs not seen since June 2018. Additionally, RS on EEM-US is near 1-year highs -- a positive risk-on signal. Stocks doing business in China, India, Taiwan, and South Korea continue to be a major focus when it comes to individual stock recommendations.
