<li>The mid-market, challenger professional services platform and owner of the Dow Schofield Watts and the DR Solicitors brands reported strong revenue and EBITDA growth in its Interims to September.</li>
<li>Revenue improved from £1.1m to £2.2m with EBITDA up from £0.1m to £0.7m.</li>
<li>The cash balances of £2.2m is allowing an interim dividend of 1.2p per share to be paid to shareholders on the register on 12 December. </li>

<li>Acuity RM Group 0.95p £2.16m (ACRM.L) The software Group announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Acuity Risk Management Limited (ARML), which is focused on the cyber-security sector of the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) market has won a new contract.</li>
<li>The contract is with a new client, a leading European defence contractor, for Vendor Management Hub (VMH) software and services to be used in a new programme.</li>
<li>VMH is a product that will help provide protection against the type of cyber security breaches recently suffered by leading retailers and manufacturers. </li>

<li>Glencore International AG and certain entities and affiliates managed by Anchorage Structured Commodities Advisor, have agreed to participate as cornerstone investors, agreeing to invest, in aggregate, an amount representing approximately 20.5% of the Shares to be offered pursuant to the Global Offer.</li>
<li>9th May: iFOREX Financial Trading, the fintech business with a proprietary online and mobile trading platform for multi-asset contracts for difference, announces that it has confirmed its intention to IPO onto the Main Market.</li>

<li>The platform avoids heating elements and using the solvents typically found in conventional vape liquid, thereby preventing the formation of harmful thermal by-products such as carbonyl compounds and metallic particles. </li>
