Yesterday, Vedanta Resources Limited (VRL) launched a consent solicitation to modify the indenture of its VEDLN 13.875 24 (USD 1.0 bn outstanding) and VEDLN 8.95 25 (USD 1.2 bn outstanding). The company is seeking Noteholders‘ approval to amend the limit of its debt borrowing capacity by subsidiary guarantors. We recommend that Noteholders of the VEDLN 13.875 24 and VEDLN 8.95 25 give early consent.
