<li>The company's principal stockholder is private-equity firm AE Industrial which made its initial investment in Firefly Aerospace in 2022 and is a 47.4% stakeholder.</li>
<li>Revenue in Q2 is up more around 140% versus the same period in 2024 but the company's net losses continue to mount.</li>

They will be offering 16.2mm shares at $35-$39  with an expected market cap between $4.9b and $5.5b and to debut on August 7th.

Revenue in Q2 is up more around 140% versus the same period in 2024 but the company's net losses continue to mount.


Firefly Aerospace Inc. (FLY): Space & Defense Company Sets Terms for IPO Seeking $5.5b Valuation

<li>Their operational launch vehicle, Alpha, is the first and only U.S.-based orbital rocket in the 1,000 kilograms class to successfully reach orbit, with four launches completed successfully.</li>
<li>They had revenue of $55.23 million and $60.79 million and net loss of $135.46 million and $231.13 million in 2023 and 2024, respectively.</li>
<li>The company is targeting a potential IPO in the second half of July or early August with peers and the sector outperforming in the short term. </li>
</ul>

<li>Chime Financial, Inc. (CHYM) priced a full-size deal of 32.0mm shares at $27.00 ($1 Above the $24-$26 range) and opened at $43.00 for a gain of 59.2% at first trade.</li>
<li>The debut is a major win for IPO investors but a disappointment for aftermarket traders as the stock closed nearly six points below the open.</li>
<li>Chime's order book finished north of 20-times oversubscribed with the top ten accounts taking 60% of the deal and the top 20 being allocated 85% of the transaction. </li>

Chime Financial, Inc. (CHYM) priced a full-size deal of 32.0mm shares at $27.00 ($1 Above the $24-$26 range) and opened at $43.00 for a gain of 59.2% at first trade.
The debut is a major win for IPO investors but a disappointment for aftermarket traders as the stock closed nearly six points below the open.
Chime's order book finished north of 20-times oversubscribed with the top ten accounts taking 60% of the deal and the top 20 being allocated 85% of the transaction.
