<li>The company was placed in an investment blacklist by the US government prior to the IPO which forced to launch the IPO without investors from the US.</li>
<li>The company also priced the IPO at the bottom of the price range and despite all of this, shares quickly went up to HK$8.20 from IPO price of US$3.85.</li>

<li>Uju Holding raised US$103m from its Hong Kong IPO in Nov 2021, where the IPO had been priced at the bottom end.</li>
<li>The offering was only mildly oversubscribed and the two cornerstones in the deal, Bytedance and Green Better (Xiaomi), had combined to subscribe to 12.6% of the offer shares</li>
<li>The cornerstones and Pre-IPO investors' stake are coming up for lockup expiry. The latter will see half of their stakes unlocked, with the remainder locked up for another six months.</li>

<li>Friday was the review cutoff date for the March rebalance of the ASX200 Index. The ATO has provided Aventus with the tax ruling and that creates a timing issue.</li>
