<li>We estimate that foreign flows to be outflows of USD772mln. We tabulate the league table for top changes by value for 1W/4W/1Y and top stocks held by foreign institutions.</li>
<li>We highlight changes of foreign holdings in Naver, SK Hynix, Samsung Electronics.</li>

<li>The expectation is that there will be a lot of money that starts to track the index after the ETF listing. Looking at Japan, that is not a success story.</li>

<li>Following market feedback, the KRX could conduct a special rebalance of the index in December. But this could be after the launch of ETFs tracking the index.</li>
<li>With a big overlap and similar characteristics as the <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/korea-stock-exchange-kospi-200" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:26021:1" rel="noopener">KOSPI 200 Index</a>, there could be limited assets benchmarked to the Korea Value-Up Index in the short-term.</li>
</ul>
