<p>Yappli’s business model remains interesting and we find its service quite interesting and valuable for SMEs to get their feet wet in the app space. We have some concerns about the overall sustainability of the business, however, and growth rates do not seem to justify Yappli trading at the same multiples as peers such as Money Forward and freee. This leaves upside looking somewhat limited but not zero.</p>
