The acquisition gives ATNI a majority stake in the second largest service provider in Alaska with a large fiber footprint ATNI expects it could leverage.</li></ul> <ul type="disc"><li>The other piece of news from ATNI was the announcement it was seeking outside capital for its private LTE service, Geoverse. This is the first time in more than a year ATNI has been willing to seek partners for the business.
