The Scheme comfortable got up - despite a last minute hiccup to adjourn the meeting. Seems one shareholder sought to postpone the meeting, which was subsequently rejected via an ordinary resolution. Introducing a new resolution on the day of the EGM without prior notice is poor corporate governance, in my view. More in "Discussions" at the bottom.
