Indian Trade Body Greenlights ADD On Halobutyl Rubber Imports

The Indian Director General of Trade Remedies (DGTR), under the Ministry of Commerce, has recommended the imposition of anti-dumping duties (ADD) on imports of Halobutyl Rubber from Japan, Russia, Singapore, the UK, and the USA. This recommendation follows a year-long investigation into the practices of dumping by these countries, initiated at the instance of Reliance Sibur Elastomers Private Limited (RSEPL).
