<p>In my previous articles, "Equity Finance" and "Dilution of Shareholder Value and Financing," I discussed how equity financing is expected to increase in the future as the economy gradually resumes. I also mentioned, using examples, that it is necessary to take into account the dilution of shareholder value per share, which has a significant impact on the stock price, when deciding how to raise funds and to be fully accountable to investors when implementing equity financing. In this article, I would like to discuss Demaekan (2484), which recently announced a capital increase with considerable dilution.</p>
