Daejeon District Court approved today the convocation of Kolmar BNH’s EGM requested by Kolmar Holdings which can now directly participate in management of its subsidiary by appointing directors. What this means is that the Yoon brother/sister/father conflict is not over which could further fuel a potential M&A for Kolmar Holdings. This is bullish leading up to 26 September (date of EGM).
