On 19 July, there were local media accounts that L&F Co Ltd (066970 KS) is considering on switching its listing from KOSDAQ to KOSPI.

Korea Exchange announced today that L&F has met the listing requirement for KOSPI. As a result, the listing of L&F will be changed from KOSDAQ to KOSPI. The exact date of this change is yet to be announced. Despite this change, we remain wary of the company's lofty valuations. Plus, L&F's operating margin plummeted from 8% in 1Q-3Q 2022 to 1.5% in 1Q-3Q 2023. We remain Negative on L&F.
