The deal will be run by CICC, CMBI, Guotai Junan, GF Securities.</p><p>LB Group is a titanium dioxide powder producer and as per Frost &amp; Sullivan (F&amp;S), is the world’s third largest and Asia’s and the PRC’s largest titanium dioxide powder producer in terms of production volume, sales volume and production capacity in 2020. As of the latest practicable date (25 Sept 2021), the firm operated seven production bases in five Provinces in the PRC. It’s products are mainly used as raw materials for coatings, plastics, paper and printing ink.</p>
