Liontown Resources (LTR AU) is looking to raise A$365m (US$230m) for capital expenditure and to plug its funding gap for the Kathleen Valley Lithium (KVL) project.

After withdrawing its takeover bid, Albemarle is now looking to sell its entire stake in LTR. The stake sale will remove the overhang, and the deal isn't a particularly large one to digest at 6 days of LTR's three month ADV.
While LTR is still trading underwater from its Oct 23 primary deal, the shares are now trading close to where it was trading prior to the takeover bids in 2023.
