Today, the Seoul Central District Court dismissed the injunction application filed by Youngpoong and MBK against Korea Zinc, requesting “allowance of voting rights at the shareholders’ meeting.” As a result, Youngpoong’s voting rights of about 29% will be limited to “0%” at AGM.
