Kenneth Chan resigned as Chairman, but stayed on as a Director. Steven Teichman, who has served on the Board since 2024 and is the General Counsel of PCG, was appointed Chairman.
Derek Fong, a Senior VP at PCG resigned from the Board and was replaced by Jacquiline Thong, a Senior VP at PCG.
