The indicative terms from Brookfield/GIS are A$2.86/share (~1.11x P/NTA 30th June 2025), including a A$0.06/share 1H26 distribution (no mention of franking - the 1H25 distribution wasn't franked). DD provided - exclusivity to the 7th Dec 2025. If terms are firmed, apart from a Scheme vote, this Offer requires FIRB, ACCC, and NZ's OIO to sign off. Perhaps a five-six month off ramp from here.
