<p>Attached is our note on Omron written one month ago.</p><p>At that time we concluded it was a buy on weakness, perhaps after the first quarter results to be released on the 26th July. In our view it is likely that 1Q operating profit will be down year on year, albeit slightly. This is a reflection of higher R&amp;D costs this 1Q vs. last 1Q. Since our note the shares have fallen 13% and are now on about 17x this years earnings. This is a good business. Management are now much more focused on profitability…</p>
