<ul><li>Pacific Edge (PEB) is set to no longer receive reimbursement for its Cxbladder tests from CMS in the US from 23 February 2025.</li><li>This: (1) represents ~60%–70% of its revenue, (2) is PEB's largest market and key growth driver, and (3) would all but confirm the need for new equity.</li><li>PEB has concerns (which we agree with) with respect to Novitas' process, but the decision will be final unless PEB's legal or reconsideration requests are successful. </li></ul>
