Pureprofile Ltd (ASX:PPL) is a data analytics and consumer insights company underpinned by proprietary technology, servicing business decision makers in brands and media companies as well as market researchers.
Pureprofile has announced it has acquired the assets of Bastion Stable Research (CRNRSTONE) for $0.7m in a move designed to strengthen the company’s qualitative market research capabilities.
The purchase will be paid from existing cash reserves on completion of the transaction, which is slated for 1 March 2026.
