- QANTM IP announced that 98.68% of shareholders present and voting, voted in favour of the Scheme resolution and 99.94% of the votes cast by QANTM shareholders were in favour of the Scheme resolution.
- In addition, the company announced that its directors have declared, subject to the Scheme becoming effective, a fully-franked, special dividend of $0.071/share with a record date of 6 August 2024.
