I estimate one-way flow to be US$227mn which translates to a turnover of roughly 2%. However, the expected ADD and DEL are low-conviction index changes.

The index changes for HSCEI index for the March 2024 index rebal will be announced on 16th February 2024. In this insight, I have discussed the potential index changes in March 2024. The reference period ended on 31st December 2023 and my expectations have remained the same. I will provide a further update to my HSCEI capping flow expectations closer to the time of announcement.
