<p>Samsung postponed the finalization of a new 3-yr shareholder return plan. Also, they delayed the execution of the current plan's remaining to meet the 3-yr 50% FCF target to the next quarterly earnings call.</p><p>Was it a surprise?</p><p>Well, they need price management in the next two months to prevent the price from soaring for the inheritance taxes.</p><p>It is a 2-month before and after the passing date.
