After the market close on 23 June, SK Innovation (096770 KS) announced that the company will conduct a rights offering worth 1.2 trillion won (8.9% of outstanding shares).

On 2 August, SK Innovation announced that its rights offering amount will be raised to 1.3 trillion won (higher than the original expected amount of 1.2 trillion won). Due to recent share price increase, the expected rights offering price has been raised to 158,900 won, up from the previous expected rights offering price of 143,800 won. The rights offering price will be finalized on 7 September.
