<ul><li>SVN-015 has cleared its first external screening hurdle under NIDA’s Addiction Treatment Discovery Program. </li><li>Solvonis announced that its second AI-driven discovery platform compound, SVN-015, has come through the US National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) initial heart safety and off-target screening and that the NIDA has agreed to take it into the next stage of work.</li><li>That stage should cover confirmatory studies of how SVN-015 binds to and acts on the dopamine transporter, a closer look at its activity at the 5-HT2B receptor, and a mouse study measuring how quickly its effects start and how long they last. </li></ul>
