<ul><li>Thailand clocked around 9.4% month-on-month rise in natural rubber exports (including compound rubber) in October 2021 to 421,221.37, up from 385,087.09 tons in September 2021, primarily driven by the demand from some major international tire manufacturers, as per the data published by the Thai Rubber Association.  According to the data, the exports saw a yearly surge of around 17.37% in October 2021.</li><li>As a result, Thailand's rubber exports generated an export income of THB 22.3 billion, up 8.66% compared to September 2021, while on a year-on-year basis, it was up by 46.76%.</li><li>In addition, a weakening Thai baht during the month also helped increase the competitiveness of Thailand's goods in the global market Meanwhile, the prices remained volatile over the month; however, the overall trend remained northbound due to persistent supply chain issues and unpredictable rains.</li></ul>
