The US has retreated from the trade war it started. The US lowered tariffs on China from 145% to 30% for 90 days. The deal met all of China's core demands including eliminating reciprocal tariffs, agreements on fentanyl. China also reduced their tariffs on US goods to 10%, but gave nothing more in return. In a complete surrender by the US, China will now have the same reciprocal tariffs as the UK.
