<li>The Warehouse Group (WHS) announced the sale of its underperforming outdoor equipment brand Torpedo 7 for $1.</li>
<li>This is the first step in a strategic refocus on the core business. Torpedo 7 has been loss-making for a number of years and had been flagged as a divestment candidate if performance did not improve.</li>
<li>Whilst write-downs are disappointing, overall we view this as a positive as we had forecast Torpedo 7 to remain loss-making over the medium term. </li>
